The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch in effect until 4 p.m. Sunday. In addition, a flood advisory is in effect until 4:15 p.m. The weather service says up to 1.5 inches of rain have already fallen from Sunday afternoon’s storms and another one to two inches are expected.
