ANAHEIM, Calif. — The Texas Rangers made another line change with four right-handed starting pitchers due up in their next five games. The Rangers selected outfielder Jarred Kelenic's contract and designated infielder Jonah Bride for assignment prior to Tuesday's game against the Los Angeles Angels at Angel Stadium. Bride's contract was selected this weekend to play consecutive games against left-handed starting pitchers, and with that window now passed, they've swapped him out for a position player they believe will fare better against a string of right-handed starting pitchers. The former top prospect has slashed .360/.448/.600 in his last seven games, and against minor league right-handed pitchers this season, he's slashed .293/.393/.548 with 11 home runs.
