['Mike Winslow']

Tiffany Haddish finally closes her four-year Georgia DUI case by accepting a guilty plea, ending years of delays that cost her international work opportunities.
Tiffany Haddish just wrapped up a four-year legal nightmare by taking a guilty plea to DUI driving less safe in Georgia, ending what became one of the most frustrating delays in her career.
Her Georgia driver’s license is now suspended, she’s on 12 months’ probation, and she’s got to stay completely away from drugs and alcohol while completing a mandatory DUI course and submitting to testing.
According to Fox 5 Atlanta, all remaining traffic charges were dismissed as part of the plea agreement, which means the case is finally closed.
The judge ruled that while the delay was significant, the defense bore responsibility for much of it, so the case proceeded toward trial before the plea deal was ultimately struck.
