In an era of rapid geopolitical “flux”, China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has emerged as a “pivotal” platform for advancing connectivity, trade development, constructive multilateralism and economic globalization. Consequently, the BRI, formulated under the unified guidance of the Party and Xi’s strategic vision, functions as China’s primary instrument for global economic statecraft. China’s total economic output has reached a new milestone of 140 trillion yuan (USD 19.63 trillion). Through targeted, campaign-style poverty eradication and rapid scaling of industrialization and technological innovation, it has secured a pivotal position in the global economic architecture. The writer recognizes that Xi’s strategic vision, the CPC’s people-centric governance and the BRI’s connectivity are transforming the “destinies” of millions through shared prosperity and the Global Development, Security, Civilization and Governance Initiatives.
