College students will head back to class with extra support thanks to a partnership between the City of Tuscaloosa Municipal Court and READY (Resources, Education and Advocacy for Drug-Free Youth) for this year’s Pack the Campuses drive. Get our free mobile appREADY works to strengthen West Alabama communities by offering effective research-based drug prevention programs and resources for youth and their parents. “Pack the Campuses is a collaborative effort between READY, The University of Alabama’s Beat Auburn Beat Hunger campaign and Stillman College,” said the press release. Through September 2, the City of Tuscaloosa Municipal Court is collecting food, household items, and hygiene supplies to help local college students. You can drop items off at the donation bin located at Municipal Court (2122 Gary Fitts Street).
