For the three months ended Jun 30, the fabless semiconductor company reported a net loss of US$7.1 million, or US$0.32 per share, narrowing from US$8.5 million, or US$18.90 per share, in the prior-year period. Despite the quarterly progress, Ambiq’s net loss for the first half of 2026 widened to US$17.3 million compared with US$16.8 million recorded in the first six months of 2025, reflecting heavy upfront research and operational investments. Ambiq closed the quarter with US$366.8 million in cash and cash equivalents, bolstered by a June follow-on offering that raised US$167.9 million in net proceeds.
