ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Get ready Bills Mafia: The Bills Block Party is returning for the third year in a row. On Sunday, Sept. 13, the area of East Avenue from Alexander Street to Lawrence Street will be blocked off to traffic so fans can watch the Bills take on the Houston Texas during week one of the 2026 NFL season.
