Workers’ compensation professionals make decisions that affect medical care, income, employment relationships, financial outcomes, and confidence in the system. The 2026 CLM Claims College creates a dedicated space for that learning from September 9–11 in Baltimore, Maryland. Claims professionals interpret legal standards, review medical information, monitor financial exposure, communicate with employers, and support employees through unfamiliar circumstances. That commitment will also extend into a special Back to Claims School editorial series throughout August and the opening days of September.
