In the Indianapolis Colts' joint practice with the New England Patriots, the team's cornerback depth was tested.

Cam Taylor-Britt, who Erickson acknowledged has had a good training camp, was "giving up plays" in the joint practice while playing both outside and nickel cornerback positions.
Also in the secondary, Cam Bynum had an interception, while Erickson notes that Justin Walley and Jonathan Owens could have had two more.
