HQAs we eagerly await the premiere of the new Harry Potter series, which will be released on HBO Max on December 25, the cast for Season 2 continues to take shape. The latest confirmed addition is Nicholas Hoult, perhaps best known today as Lex Luthor in the new Superman movies (and Peacemaker: Season 2). Variety now reports that he will play the role of Gilderoy Lockhart, the flamboyant Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher who has been on utterly incredible adventures and accomplished the most unbelievable feats. He made his debut in the second book, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, on which Season 2 will be based. What do you think, will Hoult be a good fit as his successor in the role?
