Never allow remote access to your device unless you are certain who you are dealing with. Never download remote access apps or software at the request of someone who has contacted you unexpectedly. Remember that remote access may give someone visibility of other information stored on your device. Only provide sensitive information when you have made the call yourself using a trusted phone number, and never share your login details, passwords or security codes.
