Vijayawada: The Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) has launched an initiative to transform Garbage Vulnerable Points (GVPs) in the city into attractive selfie spots as part of its efforts to promote cleanliness along with urban beautification. Dhyanachandra inspected several areas, including MG Road, Tikkle Road, Pinnamaneni Polyclinic Road, Shivarama Krishnaiah Street, K Venkaiah Street, Gayatrinagar Main Road, NH Service Road, NTR Circle, Krishnaveni School Road, High School Road, Pantakaluva Road, Nirmala School Road and NH–Benz Circle. The Commissioner also inspected the Anna Canteen on High School Road and noticed that the fans were not clean. He also checked the quality of food being served and directed officials to conduct regular inspections to ensure that food quality remained consistent every day. He made it clear that there should be no compromise on the quality of food served to the public.
