Agoura road closures set for wildlife crossing work in Agoura Hills

Agoura Road will close twice over the coming days near the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing construction site in Agoura Hills to allow crews to perform bridge work and a concrete deck pour, Caltrans announced Tuesday.
The full closures are scheduled from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Wednesday, Aug. 19, on Agoura Road between Rondell Street and Hydepark Drive.
WATCH HERE WATCH HERENo through traffic, including motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians, will be permitted through the work zone during the closures, according to Caltrans.
Drivers should expect delays and follow posted detours via the Ventura (101) Freeway between Chesebro Road and Liberty Canyon Road.
Eastbound shuttles will operate between Dorothy Drive and Chesebro Road and Liberty Canyon Road and Agoura Road, while westbound shuttles will operate in the opposite direction.
