Former Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden has been fighting to make sure his lawsuit against the NFL is resolved in court rather than being sent to arbitration, and according to a report from Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, Gruden now has to play by the rules.
"I remain concerned with Gruden's, Gruden's side's delays and lack of cooperation, lack of compliance with the rules," said district judge Joe Hardy via Noble Brigham of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

"You're saying you're proceeding expeditiously, but clearly you're not," Judge Hardy told Gruden's lawyers.
The former Raiders coach spent ten years in the booth for ESPN doing Monday Night Football, but play-by-play will be a new gig.
