CICT lifts 1HFY2026 DPU by 7.1% y-o-y to 6.02 cents despite larger unit base

CEO Tan Choon Siang: CICT's growth trajectory remains firmly on trackDespite a larger unit base, CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust has reported a DPU of 6.02 cents for its 1HFY2026, an increase of 7.1% y-o-y.
Also, CICT enjoyed lower interest expenses, which helped boost distributable income by 13.3% y-o-y to $466.7 million.
As of June 30, CICT's NAV per unit stood at $2.15.
"Healthy leasing demand across our retail and office portfolios translated into positive rental reversions and high portfolio occupancy," says Tan Choon Siang, CEO of the manager.
"CICT's growth trajectory remains firmly on track."
