San Francisco-based KHP Capital Partners sold a West Hollywood hotel to an overseas investor. KHP sold the 105-room Kimpton La Peer West Hollywood to family-run Japanese hotel corporation APA Group for $63M, or $600K per room, The Real Deal reported. The West Hollywood hotel market has been busy this summer. In June, billionaire brothers Simon and David Reuben took over Steve Witkoff's Edition West Hollywood hotel on the Sunset Strip, TRD reported at the time. The median price per room increased 16.2% to just over $196K.
