Kurnool: Highlighting patriotic fervor ahead of Independence Day, the Kurnool District Congress Committee (DCC) organized a grand rally featuring a 100-metre-long national flag in the city on Tuesday. Led by DCC president and advocate Boya Kranti Naidu, the rally commenced at Kotla Circle and culminated at the iconic Konda Reddy Fort. Addressing participants at the culmination point, Kranti Naidu stated that India’s Independence was forged through the monumental sacrifices of legendary freedom fighters. Describing the 100-metre flag as a living symbol of India’s unity in diversity, the DCC chief highlighted the critical responsibility resting upon students and young citizens in shaping the country’s progress. Kranti Naidu expressed sincere gratitude to the people of Kurnool, students, and party functionaries for stepping out in large numbers to make the patriotic rally a resounding success.
