High-grade silver hits continue for Polymetals at Endeavor
['Ben Cartwright']
Australian Mining
Polymetals Resources has continued to define greater zones of high-grade silver, lead and zinc mineralisation at its Endeavor mine in New South Wales, with drilling now underway as the project moves towards an initial mineral resource estimate. The latest results from the underground diamond drilling program have strengthened confidence in the continuity and geometry of mineralisation surrounding the historic 1996 subsidence zone. Standout results include 39m at 502 grams per tonne (g/t) silver, 6.9 per cent zinc, 5.4 per cent lead and 0.87 g/t gold, as well as 42.8m at 358g/t silver, 8.3 per cent zinc, 4.7 per cent lead and 1.25g/t gold.
