The Digimon franchise, specifically Digimon Adventure, is making a comeback on August 18. The first season of the Digimon anime, also known as Digimon Adventure, originally aired in 1999. Later in 2026, Digimon fans on mobile can look forward to Digimon Alysion, which is a digital version of the Digimon card game. As far as "core" Digimon game releases on consoles, nothing is announced beyond the previously mentioned Digimon Story: Time Stranger expansion. Fans can look forward to the AFK Journey x Digimon crossover coming on August 18 in the meantime.
