A street in Perth’s CBD has been shut to motorists after a pedestrian was hit by a car on Wednesday morning. Sutherland Street heading southbound near Roe Street has been closed by emergency services after the incident in West Perth was reported shortly after 7:20am. Police and ambulance crews remain at the scene. WA Police have confirmed the incident involved a car and a pedestrian. St John WA has said crews are treating one person at the scene, but were unable to provide further details on the patient’s condition at this time.
