Phillip James Bogle, 56, of Charlotte, NC, and formerly of Bland, VA, passed away Monday, August 10, 2026 at his home. He was born August 20, 1969 in Radford, VA, the son of the late Jim & Mary Bogle. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Daniel & Mary Evelyn Franklin Bogle, his life partner of over 35 years, Wayne Maikranz, a special grandmother, his “Mamaw” Pearl Baker Franklin and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Left to cherish his memory are his brother, Danny Bogle; his Bogle family cousins, Dewey Bogle and Janeth VandenDungen; several Franklin family cousins; a very special lifelong friend, Darrell Weddle and several extended family members, special neighbors and special friends.
