Ronald Kenneth Wertman, age 82, of Peterstown, WV, and formerly Keyser, WV, passed away at his home Sunday, August 9, 2026, surrounded by family. Born June 29, 1944, in Keyser, WV, he was the son of the late Albert and Eula (Snyder) Wertman. He was preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Fertig Umstot; and brothers, James “Jimmy” Koontz, Gladson Koontz, Marshall Koontz, and Lawrence Koontz.
