Sydney Harbour Marriott’s Customs House Bar and Sydney Brewery partnered to craft a new signature beer to honour the venue’s rich history. Sydney Harbour Marriott and Sydney Brewery designed the CHB Lager as a smooth, approachable lager that reflects both the heritage and character of Customs House Bar, a venue that has welcomed guests since 1846. “This collaboration is about more than creating a new beer,” Sydney Harbour Marriott director of food & beverage Roman Kristek said. Guests can buy takeaway cans from Customs House Bar, with four cans available for $36. Customs House Bar is near the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
