The inscription of the Aqaba Marine Reserve on the UNESCO World Heritage List is being celebrated across Jordan as far more than an environmental achievement. He also noted Jordan reaffirms its “full” commitment to the UNESCO World Heritage Convention and to implementing the decisions and recommendations of the World Heritage Committee.
