A conservative activist group is making its way across Pennsylvania, reviewing lists of people disqualified from jury duty and comparing the names with those on the county’s voter rolls in an effort to identify potential voter fraud. The get-out-the-vote group Early Vote Action, which has backed President Donald Trump’s “election-integrity” campaign, is led by Scott Presler, a Republican living in Beaver County. In a social media post last month, Presler announced that the group would soon be reviewing Allegheny County’s disqualified juror records. Allegheny County Elections Division Manager David Voye said Allegheny County does not have a system to verify citizenship for voters. Presler said the document contained “65 pages of non-citizens” summoned and later disqualified for jury duty.
