Whitehall police have arrested a borough man in a meat cleaver attack on a neighbor that he said was in retaliation for being bullied, according to a criminal complaint. Janak Sapkota, who police identified as the victim, said Koirala knew he was not welcome. Police said Koiriala went into the house and then emerged with a meat cleaver. Koirala swung the cleaver and struck Sapkota in the back of the neck, leaving a 4-inch gash, the complaint said. Koirala told investigators he went over to the Maple Drive home to “teach him a lesson,” the complaint said.
