NH home prices climb toward $600,000The median price for a single-family home reached a record $580,000 in July, an increase of 5.51% from July of 2025.email0LinkedinPrintInching closer to an unprecedented $600,000 threshold, the median price of a single-family home in New Hampshire reached an historic high of $580,000 in July.
Single-family home prices reached the $500,000 threshold in November 2024 and have remained at or above that since.

One of the factors that can skew a median price are extremely low priced sales or, conversely, extremely high priced sales.
