Chris Evans, who plays Steve Rogers/Captain America, made an appearance at Fan Expo Boston 2026, which is also set to have a record-breaking attendance this year. When taking questions from a panel moderator, the actor was inevitably asked about the character arc of Steve Rogers since his first appearance in 2011. Joe and Anthony Russo, along with Robert Downey Jr, teamed up once again to bring Avengers: Doomsday to life. Steve Rogers is a hero who found his purpose, became lost in time, became disillusioned with the institutions he served, and eventually helped to save the Universe.
