The affected cans can be identified by batch codes printed on the back of the bottle.
Henkel states that Schwarzkopf Professional Osis Grip cans with batch codes not on this list are safe to use, and no other Henkel products are included in the recall.
The recalled product was distributed through 21 distributors across 12 states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington.
