The Perry County Commissioners, Perry County EMA, and Roseville Fire Department advises all residents to evacuate immediately. The Perry County Fairgrounds Coliseum is open for those seeking shelter. A levy along Moxahala Creek is in danger of failing, which would incur extreme flooding throughout the valley. The Commissioners have declared Perry County under an official state of emergency.
