NAMPA, Idaho — All southbound lanes of Garrity Boulevard from I-84 to Flamingo Avenue are now closed because of a water leak, Nampa police said. The closure is impacting traffic in the area near the St. Alphonsus entrance. The City of Nampa Water Department is on scene working to address the leak.
