RIO RANCHO, N.M. – The New Mexico Goatheads need national anthem singers for home games as the team prepares for its inaugural season. The state’s new hockey team will open its season on Oct. 16 at the Rio Rancho Events Center. The team has opened online applications for people who want to sing the national anthem at home games.
