Rinehart, in Grangeville, Idaho. Harvey Rinehart passed away in July of 1986. On Dec 14, 1988, Joyce married Robert “Frank” Johnson and resided in Florence. In 1993, Joyce moved to the Eugene area to be closer to her family.
