Norma SteppFeb. 12, 1940 – Aug. 2, 2026Norma Stepp, 86, of Baker City (formerly of Brownsville, passed away on Aug. 2, 2026. She was born Feb. 12, 1940, in Lebanon to Charlie and Beulah (Scott) Warden. Growing up in the Brownsville area, she attended elementary school at the historic Courtney Creek School and later attended high school in Brownsville. She married Guy “Sonny” Stepp in Brownsville on Sept. 10, 1955. Family members preceding her in death were her parents, husband, sister Thelma, and nephews Wade and Jim.
