Ingredients125g butter1 3/4 cups self raising flour1 1/4 cups caster sugar1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda2 eggs1 cup milk2 tablespoons cocoaMethodPlace all ingredients into a bowl & beat well until the chocolate mixture changes colour & all the ingredients are combined. A food processor can be used if you likeGrease and line a 20cm round tinPour the mixture into the tin. Bang the tin lightly on the bench to even out the mixtureCook in a moderate oven for about 1 hour (this will depend on your oven) until cake is cookedHint: The cake will be ready when it springs back when touched in the centre, and the edge of the cake comes away from the tin
