Regina police say they are investigating after two people were found dead by officers near Elphinstone Street. The Regina Police Service said in a news release that it received a report around 4:30 a.m. CST that took officers to the 1100 block of Elphinstone Street. Two blocks of Elphinstone Street between Fourth and Sixth avenues in Regina were blocked off on Tuesday morning by police tape.
