Torrance Temple Hosts Second Annual Free Health And Wellness CampIndia-West News DeskTORRANCE, CA – Sri Panchamukha Hanuman Temple hosted its second annual Community Health & Wellness Camp on July 25, bringing healthcare professionals, volunteers and community members together for a day focused on health, wellness and community service. More than 150 community members received free health screenings, consultations and educational resources. Services included physician and pediatric consultations, vision and dental screenings, psychiatric and mental health consultations, nutrition counseling, and Ayurvedic and homeopathic consultations. The camp provided additional education on diabetes awareness, healthy nutrition, stroke prevention and mental health. Now in its second year, the Community Health & Wellness Camp reflects Sri Panchamukha Hanuman Temple’s commitment to Seva, or selfless service, and community outreach, volunteer organizers noted.
