SIKESTON — Terriona Pulley, 29, a resident of Sikeston, died Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, while at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. She was born Dec. 18, 1996, to Lewis Wiggins and Roshanda Pulley. A visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour of noon Saturday, Aug. 22, at Green Memorial Church of God in Christ in Sikeston, with Pastor Ronald Pulley Sr. of Christ Sanctuary Church of God in Christ in Bell City officiating and Elder Samuel Pulley Sr. eulogizing. Interment will immediately follow in Garden of Memories in Sikeston, with the Williams Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
