According to the North Carolina Education Lottery, Lori Sunseri purchased the winning Bingo Bucks Fast Play ticket Saturday at the Masonboro Country Store on Masonboro Loop Road in Wilmington. Fast Play games feature a progressive jackpot that increases with every ticket sold until someone wins. As of Tuesday afternoon, the Fast Play jackpot had climbed back to more than $758,000. The North Carolina Education Lottery said lottery proceeds provided $11.3 million to support education programs in New Hanover County last year.
