HARARE — A 34-year-old Harare man named John Travolta has been arrested in connection with a robbery at Warren Park D Shopping Centre, where police say US$3,813 and ZiG1,200 were taken from a shop on the evening of 8 August. Police said the incident unfolded at around 7pm on Saturday, 8 August, at the busy Warren Park D shopping centre in Harare. It reads:“The ZRP confirms the arrest of John Travolta (34) in connection with a robbery case which occurred at Warren Park D Shopping Centre on 08/08/26 at around 1900 hours. The arrest came after what police describe as a short-lived escape from the shopping centre. On 30 March, police said four suspected armed robbers died after an exchange of gunfire with detectives at Warren Park 1 Shopping Centre.
