AdvertisementThe One Car Challenge has been expanded to all of Los Angeles County in its ongoing second phase, urging drivers to keep their cars parked at home for five weeks. Those eligible drivers who do so and instead utilize local public transportation during that time will receive payouts of up to $600. Approximately 2,000 households in the county will be eligible to participate, but there’s a major catch. But this isn’t the only traffic-centric preparation being made for the 2028 Olympic games, with California Senate Bill 169 establishing special road rules for the event.
