Ongoing construction of the mine portal is establishing the future access point to the Elk Creek Project underground operations. The definitions of "mineral resource," "measured mineral resource," "indicated mineral resource," "inferred mineral resource," "mineral reserve," "proven mineral reserve" and "probable mineral reserve" under the CIM Definition Standards are substantially similar to the corresponding definitions under S-K 1300; however, differences exist between the two reporting frameworks. There is no certainty that all or any part of a Mineral Resource will be converted into a Mineral Reserve. It cannot be assumed that all or any part of an Inferred Mineral Resource will be upgraded to an Indicated or Measured Mineral Resource or converted into a Mineral Reserve.
