Boca Raton, FL — August 11, 2026 — A new memorial honoring the life and legacy of Oleda Baker DiMeola, an internationally recognized model, entrepreneur, and author, was unveiled this week at the Shriners Children’s Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina.
The dedication, which features two of Ms. DiMeola’s original oil paintings, seeks to provide enduring inspiration to the pediatric patients receiving care at the renowned orthopedic facility.
At the Greenville hospital, the newly installed memorial displays two of her prized works, titled “Tiger” and “The Sanctuary.”
As the hospital continues its mission of providing accessible, holistic pediatric care, the integration of Ms. DiMeola’s artwork adds a dimension of cultural and emotional enrichment to the healing environment.
