DEXTER — Carol Tilley, 73, daughter of Milford and Frances Frohbeiter Hoss, was born Aug. 12, 1952, in Evansville, Indiana, and departed this life Friday, Aug. 7, 2026, in Dexter. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, Aug. 11, at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. Interment followed in Essex Cemetery.
