Vistry, previously Bovis Homes Group PLC, wants to build 11 extra homes on residual land on the Millfields development north-east of Draycott in Cam. The 11 houses proposed by Vistry would likely have red bricks and would boast dark-grey doors. 22 parking spaces for cars are planned for the 11 houses, along with 30 cycle spaces. The proposed land for the 11 houses is subject to outline planning permission given by SDC in 2017 for a development of up to 450 homes. Additionally, the application said there are designated sites, important habitats or other biodiversity features on land adjacent to or near the planned development.
