Russian-Chinese ties are exceptional and stable; they are protected from international fluctuations, Russian Ambassador to Beijing Igor Morgulov said in an address released early to participants at the 2nd Russian-Chinese forum that will be held in Khabarovsk on September 4 through 6. These time-tested principles ensure the exclusive stability of Russian-Chinese relations, protect them from fluctuations of the international situation, make bilateral ties truly strategic," Morgulov said in the address that was released by the forum’s organizers. The 2nd Russian-Chinese forum will take place in Khabarovsk on September 4-6 under the motto "Bolshoi Ussuriysky: Cooperation in Joint Development of the Island." The forum is expected to be attended by more than 3,000 delegates: company CEOs, government officials and representatives of the creative sector. The program includes more than 40 events, from B2B meetings to sports tournaments and cultural festivals.
