Zimbelman – who earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from CSU in the 1960s – will be inducted into the Stalwart Ram Wall of Fame during Military Appreciation Weekend. The Stalwart Ram Wall of Fame recognizes Army and Air Force ROTC alumni who have made lasting contributions to CSU’s military programs and to their professions and communities. Stalwart Ram Wall of Fame member Steven Abt, a 1963 CSU ROTC graduate, has known Zimbelman for years – both civil engineers at CSU and engineer officers in the U.S. Army. Induction into the Army Stalwart Ram Wall of Fame is a marvelous capstone to his many activities and achievements supporting CSU and the Ram Battalion for many decades.” For Zimbelman, joining the Stalwart Ram Wall of Fame is meaningful because several previous inductees are friends and former classmates.
