To assemble this list, I filtered the MetaCritic ranking by User Score and picked the first JRPGs that popped up, without repeating any series. So much so that, even though the user score is higher, it is not that far off from the critics. And to be fair, Suikoden I & II HD Remaster also has a user score higher than critics, so at least the consistency is there. While I understand the gap between the user score and critic score (I gave it an 8, so I am sitting right on the average), I stand by my analysis. 3 Kingdom Hearts II90 User vs. 87 CriticDidn't see that one coming.
