(Valley News Live) – A Fargo man has been arrested after police say two children were found with extensive facial and neck injuries that appeared consistent with an adult handprint. According to an incident report, officers were called around 5:02 p.m. Aug. 9 to a Fargo residence for a report of suspected child abuse. A caregiver told police the children had just been picked up from the apartment of Taylor Buhr, when the injuries were noticed. Physicians told officers they believed the children might also have been strangled in addition to the visible facial injuries, according to the report. Documents say Buhr eventually came out of the apartment, and was arrested and is now charged with two counts of child abuse
