Long shots rule at the Topsham FairTopsham, Maine … Price players had a field day at the Topsham Fair on Monday (August 10) as a pair of veteran harness racing drivers brought home a pair of upsets winners while a select shrewd few punters roared their approval and the remainder gasped in surprise.
Two races later, Joey Mosher ordered the 25-1 shot, General Ward (Somebeachsomewhere), into a gate-to-wire, double-time power march.
